The Mindshift Hub provides practical, hands-on support for NDIS participants who want to explore work, build confidence, and develop skills to start or maintain employment.
This support focuses on real-world participation and skill building, including exploring micro-enterprise ideas, developing routines for work, problem-solving barriers, and building confidence in everyday work environments. Participants are supported to identify their strengths, try new tasks, and create meaningful pathways toward work that suits their abilities and interests.
Sessions may include activities such as planning business ideas, developing creative products, learning basic business or organisational skills, building structure and routine, and troubleshooting practical challenges related to work or self-employment.
Support is tailored to each participant and focuses on active learning, participation, and practical outcomes rather than classroom-style discussion.
NDIS: Capacity Building supports invoiced in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements, where aligned with your goals and funding.
Capacity Building Supports
The Mindshift Hub offers practical, hands-on capacity building supports designed to help participants develop confidence, independence, and everyday life skills.
Our approach focuses on learning by doing. Participants take part in structured activities that support skill development in areas such as daily living, community participation, creativity, routine building, emotional regulation, and personal wellbeing.
Workshops and sessions may include creative arts, life skills activities, wellbeing practices, food preparation, micro-enterprise exploration, and community-based learning experiences. Each session is designed to support participants to practise real-world skills, build confidence in their abilities, and strengthen their capacity to participate in everyday life.
Supports are personalised and delivered in a welcoming, supportive environment where participants are encouraged to explore their strengths, try new experiences, and work towards goals that are meaningful to them.
