🌟 FrameShift – Reframe the Story An upcycled art experience with Terri Monday 12–2pm | 19th January The Mindshift Hub Every frame tells a story — but sometimes the story needs a shift. FrameShift – Reframe the Story is a hands-on, creative workshop where Terri will guide you to transform old, pre-loved photo frames into meaningful new art pieces. We take something worn, forgotten or discarded… and give it a second life. You’ll explore: • choosing a frame that calls to you • creating a new artwork that reflects where you are or where you’re heading • placing your creation inside the frame • gluing, rebuilding and reframing the story — in your own way It’s symbolic. It’s grounding. It’s expressive without being heavy. And it gently reminds us that it’s never too late to shift our perspective and create something new from what we already have. Terri brings her warmth, creativity and lived-experience leadership to hold a space where everyone belongs — no art experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
