🌿 The Mindshift Hub Presents ✨ Make & Take: Bath Salts & Scrubs with Samara & Janelle 🗓 Monday 19 January ⏰ 12:30pm – 2:00pm 🌸 About This Workshop This is one of those sessions people leave saying, “I’m really glad I came.” Make & Take: Bath Salts & Scrubs is a hands-on, group-based capacity-building workshop held in the warm, welcoming space of The Mindshift Hub. It’s about showing up, doing something with your hands, and enjoying being part of a group without pressure or expectations. This is not therapy and not a clinical service — it’s practical, grounding, and genuinely enjoyable. 🫧 What You’ll Be Doing During this relaxed, guided session, participants will: make their own body scrub create a bath salts blend personalise both with scents and textures they enjoy take home two self-care products they’ve made themselves Everything is broken down step by step, making it easy to follow and achievable for everyone. All materials are provided. No experience needed. Participants can expect: an accessible venue and layout a quiet break-out / calm space available at all times gentle background music a light essential oil aroma in the room (optional and removed on request) a self-serve refreshment station with herbal tea, regular tea, coffee, Milo, cold drinks, and light snacks a designated outdoor smoking area Participants are welcome to move, pause, or step away whenever needed. 💲 Price $20 – General Public ♿ NDIS Funding Information NDIS-funded participation is available for Self-Managed or Plan-Managed participants only, as The Mindshift Hub is a non-registered NDIS provider. NDIS pricing is charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (2025–2026). Participants are responsible for confirming that: this workshop aligns with their NDIS goals participation is claimable under their plan and relevant support category Attendance does not guarantee NDIS claim approval. Invoices for NDIS-funded participants are issued after attendance only. 🚗 Transport Support (NDIS Only) Transport may be available to support attendance at this workshop for eligible participants.
