Creative Crafts with Vanessa This Creative Crafts session offers a relaxed, hands-on space to explore creativity, self-expression, and practical making skills in a supportive group environment. Participants will be guided through a creative activity designed to encourage focus, decision-making, and gentle problem-solving, while also allowing room for individual style and choice. The emphasis is on process over perfection, building confidence through doing, and enjoying the rhythm of making something tangible. This session supports capacity building by fostering: Engagement and follow-through on a structured task Fine motor skills and creative planning Confidence, independence, and self-expression Social connection in a calm, inclusive setting No prior experience is needed — participants are supported to work at their own pace and in a way that feels safe and achievable for them.
