This isn’t a clinic.

This is The Mindshift Hub — a space made from lived experience, guts, and heart.
A space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Who Can Come Here?

You’re 18 or over

You’re on the NDIS (Plan-managed or Self-managed)

Or you’re not on the NDIS — and just need something real

You’ve had enough of systems that don’t listen

You’re ready to try, even if you’re scared
❌ We don’t do NDIA-managed plans.
✅ But if you’re plan- or self-managed, you’re good to go.
What Happens Here?
We run hands-on courses and creative workshops.
Everything we do is practical, empowering, and based on real tools like DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy).
But forget the jargon — we teach what works in real life.
You’ll learn how to:
Handle hard emotions
Speak your truth
Build your confidence
Make decisions
Show up for your life
And you’ll meet people who get it.
No performance required.

We’re not therapy
We’re not a mental health service
We’re not a place where you’ll be “fixed”
We’re a community space that offers support, structure, and a chance to breathe.
If you’re in crisis, we’ll always point you to help — but we don’t provide emergency support.
